 The saying by Nietzsche "One must have chaos in oneself in order to give birth to a dancing star" was the original inspiration for the name of this site, but in a way I've always found it a little negative.
Now I've found a saying I prefer, but Nietzsche has to stay somewhere because it explains beautifully where I started, and what I want to prevent in you - chaos inside and out! You see, I'm not messing about, I want to help you create ongoing and positive change that you can sustain so that no one can ever make you feel uncertain or unworthy again.
However, the Sanskrit saying at the top of the site - "The Essence of Destiny" - perfectly encapsulates my core belie. This is that real and sustainable change begins in the mind and alters your actions and reactions, thereby creating the life you want rather than the life of a ping-pong ball - entirely guided by the actions of others.
